بعد استلام طلبك لديك الحق بإلغاء الطلب عبر التواصل معنا عبر الإيميل وإعادته إلينا خلال مدة أقصاها 21 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلب (العميل يتحمل على عاتقه تكلفة إعادة الإرسال إلا في حال استلامك طلب خاطئ أو متضرر من قبلنا)، يجب أن يكون الكتب أو المنتجات بحالتها وغلافها الأصلي. بعد استلامنا لطلبك سيتم فحصه وعند التأكد من أن الطلب بحالته الأصلية سيتم إعادة ما دفعته لقاء الطلب خلال 7 أيام من استلامنا الطلب.
تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية ضمان إرسال الطرد إلينا . إذا قمت بإرجاع سلعة عالية القيمة، نوصيك باستخدام خدمة توصيل مسجلة. سنقوم برد الأموال بنفس طريقة الدفع التي استخدمتها في الشراء.
you can cancel your order within 21 days of receiving it by contacting us. Once you've cancelled the order, you must send the parcel back to us within 14 days. Once we get it, you'll be refunded the price of the item(s) within 7 days. You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty.
It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item(s) to us. If you return a high-value item, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We'll refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.
